SHIPPING CONDITIONS
At Mhoss, we strive to offer you an exceptional shopping experience from the moment you choose one of our products until it reaches your hands. Below, you will find all the details about our shipping conditions:
MAINLAND SPAIN AND THE BALEARIC ISLANDS
Shipping is free on purchases over €50 (€6.90 shipping cost for orders under €50) in mainland Spain. We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, but if you wish, you can get in touch with us and we will see how to arrange this type of delivery.
- We normally work with 24-hour "express" services but, depending on the type of delivery or availability at any given time, the estimated delivery time may be between 2 and 7 working days depending on the product chosen and the location, or on the logistics company handling it at the time. For deliveries to the EU countries we ship to, the time is usually between 4 and 10 days.
- All returns are at the customer's expense. You may send the goods to us yourself, to our address indicated below. The refund for returned products will not be issued until they reach the store and their condition has been checked. MHOSS reserves the right to reject any product returned that does not meet the requirements for a return. SEE "RETURNS POLICY"
- IMPORTANT: Online orders can be placed seven days a week, but please note that logistics companies do NOT make deliveries or collections on SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS OR LONG WEEKENDS. These will be carried out on the next working day.

We currently ship to the following European Union countries:

- Belgium

- Italy
- Luxembourg
- The Netherlands

Europe Shipping Costs:
- Orders over €245: Free shipping.
- Orders under €245: A fixed shipping cost of €14.95 will apply.
Returns in Spain and Europe will be at the customer's expense; the customer must send us an e-mail with their return request or application and then send us the parcel themselves, at their own cost, to the following address:

We do not currently have our own collection service. But if you have any questions, you can send us a WhatsApp on +34 695611 and we will get in touch as soon as possible.
The return period is 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product. The refund for returned products will not be issued until they reach the store and their condition has been checked. The delivery time for Europe, although we will try to get it to you as soon as possible, may vary between 4 and 10 working days. Please note that shipping times may vary during periods of high demand, such as special promotions or public holidays, so these are approximate delivery times.
NOTES TO BEAR IN MIND
1. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and instructions for tracking your parcel.
2. Taxes and Duties
All prices include the applicable taxes within the European Union. No additional duties will apply.
3. Delivery Address
Please make sure you provide a correct and complete address and that someone can receive the parcel on its arrival. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, the responsibility of the logistics company, or there being no one to receive the parcel at the time of delivery.
4. Delayed Deliveries or Problems with Delivery
In the event of delays, problems with delivery or any incident related to the shipment, please get in touch with us via our e-mail: hola@mhoss.es, and we will do everything possible to help you.
5. Changes to the Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time. We recommend reviewing it periodically to stay informed about any changes.
PAYMENT METHODS
PHYSICAL STORE
- In cash up to €999.99, this being in a single transaction. Act 11/2021, in force since 11 July, prohibits paying in cash for transactions of an amount equal to or greater than €1,000, or its equivalent value in foreign currency.
- Card in multi-currency (We also offer a TAX FREE service for customers residing outside the EU)
- Our store's Gift Card. We offer gift cards to which you can add any amount you wish. They do not expire. They can be used throughout the year. The gift card will not be replaced by another in the event of loss, theft, illegible reading of the amount or transaction number, destruction or unauthorised use. Please remember that they are bearer cards.
- We are firm believers in the saying: "If you are not satisfied, we will give you your money back", so if you are not convinced by your purchase in our store, do not worry, we understand you perfectly. You have 14 calendar days to try it on comfortably at home with your loved ones and think it over. If you decide to return the purchase, we only ask that you bring it to us within the 14-day period and in the same condition in which the garment(s) left our store, with their original tags still attached. We will give you your money back in the same way you made the payment for your purchase.

On specific occasions, you can also use BIZUM for your purchases in the physical or online store; to do so, please get in touch with us (+34 695 611 671).
*Klarna: If you pay with Klarna, you will be directed to the Klarna payment page and will create a new account or log in to an existing one. Payments are handled directly on the Klarna interface and not through our store's checkout screen. If you have any problem or question, you must contact Klarna directly.
